Nikola Tesla was a genius and was fascinated by the numbers 3, 6 and 9; and more than likely magnetic fields and frequencies though he never to our knowledge had written of them.
We tested one of two new Tesla modes at 9.63 Hz and while closer to 10 Hz than 9.6 Hz it has no math behind it nor any special quality that we could find (the math and effects on 9.6 Hz are pretty unbelievable even to the author). 9.6 Hz was discovered by Robert C. Beck by driving metal stakes into the ground, then measured. He found the Earth itself emanated a frequency of 9.6 Hz but never used it in any of his devices. We did.
