Your EarthPulse Magnetic Field device is unconditionally warranted from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year.
Year 1: Free parts and labor provided no misuse or accidental damage is detected.
Misuse / accidental damage includes cut, chewed or crimped cables, water damage, high density impact.
ONLY WHERE MISUSE OR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE has occurred during year 1;
- we will repair your controller for @ $50 plus shipping which will depend on your location;
- if damage can not be repaired, replace your control device with the same version controller @ $150 plus shipping;
- electromagnet w/metal components @ $175 shipping included
- electromagnet coil and cable only @ $75 shipping included

- a better power-supply option is RadioShack’s 3v – 12v (or similar) variable power supply at under $20 w/shipping). Our v.4 controllers handle 9 volts with no long term issues. The coil will run VERY hot at 12 volts and internal part will burn after a few months. Put magnet in a cotton sock if using under mattress or in bed with you at 9 volts.
EXTENDED WARRANTY:
Years 2 & 3;
- repair your controller @ $75 shipping included;
- a failed control unit that cannot be repaired will be replaced with same model for $100; provided NO misuse or accidental damage is detected; or a later model controller (should it exist) for $175 at your option;
- a failed control unit due to misuse or accidental damage (that cannot be repaired) will be replaced with the same model @ US$150 plus shipping fees;
- electromagnet w/metal components @ $149 shipping included;
- electromagnet coil and cable only – NO metal components @ $75 shipping included
- power supply @ $39 shipping included.
Years 4 & 5;
- repair your controller @ $75 shipping included;
- a failed control unit that cannot be repaired will be replaced with same model @ $150 plus shipping fees (provided NO misuse or accidental damage is detected); or a later model controller (should it exist) @ $200 plus shipping at your option;
- a control unit failed due to misuse or accidental damage (that cannot be repaired) will be replaced with the latest model @ US$250 plus shipping fees;
- electromagnet w/metal components @ $149 shipping included;
- electromagnet coil and cable @ $75 shipping included;
- power supply @ $39 shipping included.
